Mohamed Salah is the fastest player on FIFA 18 after being named Player of the Month

The Egyptian international was once again voted as the Premier League Player of the Month, and received his eighth special card on FIFA 18 - making him the faster player in the game.

Salah's latest card on FIFA 18 Ultimate Team is incredible, bumping up the winger to a 93 overall - eight points above his base card. Notably, he now has 99 pace, the highest possible rating in the game, which is faster than Cristiano Ronaldo's Team of the Year card which boasts a stunning 98 pace and was the joint fastest in the game with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. On top of that, the card has 96 dribbling, 93 shooting and 91 passing.

He is the first player to ever win the POTM award three times in one season. Salah needs to score six more goals in the remaining five league games to break Alan Shearer and Andy Cole's record of most goals in a Premier League season.
